Sociologist, Network Scientist, Educator

My research uses social network analysis to better understand various social phenomena, including identity structures, reproducibility in the social sciences, social support and HIV prevention, and social-ecological systems. I have also studied affective and cognitive responses to moral scenarios and impression formation processes. I love teaching to diverse audiences by creating welcoming spaces and using active learning and evidence-based approaches.
